Ibaraki Prefecture is a treasure trove of food ingredients.
There are a variety of ingredients including meat, fish, rice, vegetables, and fruits.
We use Hojo Koshihikari rice, Ibaraki brand pork, Hitachi beef, and Tsukuba Akane chicken, combining them with fresh vegetables to craft original and creative dishes.
Start your day with a delicious breakfast
We offer a breakfast that allows you to fully enjoy Ibaraki delicacies including Mito Natto (fermented soybeans).
Mt. Tsukuba is a twin peaked mountain with two summits. The hot spring that gushes out from here is called "Futagami-no-Yu," after the two peaks of Mt. Tsukuba, Mt. Nantai and Mt. Nyotai.
The baths are surrounded by full of natural beauty that you feel as if you've become one with nature.
Soak in the hot spring slowly, feel the breath of nature, and enjoy the quiet time passing by.
